Products offered on the Sky Store App are subject to availability from individual Stores. Prices may vary depending on the Store and any applicable promotions. Sky Store Maldives is not responsible for the accuracy of product information or pricing provided by Stores.
5. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through the Sky Store Maldives App, you are entering into a contract directly with the Store. Sky Store Maldives is not a party to this contract and does not take responsibility for the fulfillment of your order.
Payment for your order will be processed through the Sky Store Maldives App using a secure payment gateway. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Delivery
Delivery of your order will be handled by Riders using the Sky Store Riders App. Delivery fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Sky Store Maldives is not responsible for delays in delivery or for any loss or damage to your order during transit.

Sky Store Maldives provides the Apps and their content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sky Store Maldives makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Apps or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Apps.

Sky Store Maldives will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

Sky Store Maldives may terminate your access to the Apps at any time, for any reason, without notice.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maldives.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sky Store Maldives with respect to your use of the Apps.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Sky Store Maldives may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to periodically review these Terms for any changes. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
